Service Description

We offer packages of 8 ($648) and 12 ($918) as well as the drop-in single session rate. However, if this is your first visit to NSG&P we offer an intro rate to our Kama'aina clients of 3 privates for $180. Private Sessions offer a workout tailored to your personal needs with in-depth instruction, hands on assistance, and a detailed analysis of your movement potential. We recommend a private session for all new clients prior to enrolling in group classes. We will use all of the equipment including but not limited to the: Pilates Reformer, Gyrotonic, CoreAlign, Pilates Tower and Weight Rack.
